All of them either produced a manifesto of some kind, or wrote books, speeches etc to try and sway peoples' opinions on things. None of them succeeded in what they were wanting to accomplish with it. Hitler probably had the most success, but he was also the one with the most power.

A manifesto alone is a worthless piece of paper. It needs massive backing in every sector, media, politics, academia, finance etc to ever amount to anything, and that's only after decades.

Edit: Now try to link those manifestos. The jews have censored them effectively and the wild claim that its just to attack free speech sites, there are plenty other options to do that so that doesn't hold any water. It just acts as another way to censor the manifestos

No. He had his followers and they kept to themselves. The FBI sent in an informant to fabricate a case against Koresh. The warrant was based on the claim that Koresh was a pedophile, but there was never any evidence. Even if he was, the FBI could have waited and picked him up in town without incident instead of laying siege to the compound.
