I'm trying to convince a leftist but search manipulation is ridiculous. Every article is why you shouldn't blame Biden. I know some things about Biden stopping drilling on federal lands and whatnot, but that is not convincing enough. Does anyone have good sources and reasons?

He is in charge of everything.

He may not know what he is doing, but his handlers do and they tell him to sign this, he signs this.
