Unless you're working night shift and your attention is required for the job - in which case, have some but flush it down with some water too so you don't get dehydrated (that goes for morning coffees too)
Don't disrupt the sleep cycle, then later whine about insomnia...it takes very little effort to start, and damnably difficult to fix.
I think a cup of cocoa is better at nighttime.
