Try a high quality loose leaf milk oolong, It tastes kinda sweet and floral, like orchids or honeysuckle. Once I got on that I never went back to sweet tea

I make them without the breading, cut a jalapeño in half, mix some cream cheese and cheddar cheese together in a bowl, fill the half jalapeño and bake. Even better if wrapped in bacon. Delicious healthy option

Rat meat should be a lot more tender than chicken, with finer muscle fiber. Maybe it is something roughly the same size as a chicken, like a cat or a seagull.

That's stuff is worse than crack. It's easy to make- buy some young ginger root, toss it in a pot with a bit of water and sugar as cook until you have crystalized ginger. Good stuff.

For sure. I do enjoy unfiltered beer, but's not what I normal drink. Still not sure it is a healthy substitute for meals.

Monster Energy, I drink the low carb, 10 calorie, ones but they're still just... soda.

Same, it actually isn't so bad for you, the new sweeteners seem to be safe aside from the fact they make you pee a bit more, the energy blend is actually all good stuff, you can over do all that good stuff though. The niacin is excessive so you'll raise your body temperature if you drink them too much.

The caffeine with high stress(all kinds) and low rest can fuck you up though.

Recently, little Caesars delivery. Oh so cheap. Otherwise, breaded chicken or beer battered fish in the air fryer (with tartar or bbq sauce, fuckin sugar city..) Occasionally a small sandwich with soup for lunch.

Usually stick to the Polish style: pork, cabbage, and some perogies. Recently yuge breakfast burritos with some bangin olive salsa.
