I like to listen to bitchute on my phone, while on the go. when i lock the screen, the music stops. the app does the same thing. any way around this? the youtube app works better, but i cant find the songs i like on there, so bitchute is all i have.

What bitchute app are you running? I use bitSlide and it lets me shut off the screen and continues to play.

What browser? Brave has an option called play videos in background. I can minimize the browser or shut off the screen and it keeps playing. This works for Utoob as well.

BTW for other services there's NewPipe for YouTube, PeerTube, SoundCloud, and Bandcamp. Good for playing audio with the phone screen black.
