That exists outside of the stockmarket though. Corporations and LLCs are protected from liability.

Corporations and LLCs are protected from liability.

LLC (limited liability companies) where the owners are

not personally liable for any debts incurred by (the) LLC -- or most business-related lawsuits.

There are still liabilities with LLCs. Corporations have much more liabilities.
