When I was a drunk I would drink beer on the beach and just piss myself as I lay there. Every hour or so I would jump in the water, so, no big deal.

I believe so. Happened years ago. I never did a test for with pee and without pee, so can't say definitively. But, doing nothing is not an option, and I didn't have anything else at hand.
