Ordered a reasonably expensive phone and the seller used fedex. FFS they claimed they attempted a delivery and they didn't. The nearest holding location is in a poor nigger neighborhood. Aint going there I'm not going to be surprised if I don't get it.

Seller is responsible for getting the item to you in the condition it was sold as. Don't get it, get a refund or replacement and don't let them play the blame game. FedEx here is a nightmare too and I have so far had three drivers fired for reporting they put my package in the mailbox.

Which they're not supposed to do seeing it's not regular mail.

Yup. The choice of courier is the vendor/seller's business relationship, not yours. It is the vendor/seller's responsibility and right to make a claim for lost goods, not the recipient.

I have literly watched amazon toss shit from the driver's window to my porch. Given was sub contracted delivery drivers not the amazon vans with cams

Work hard. Move into white neighborhood. They’ll leave every box without knocking and your neighbors won’t steal it because they’re not niggers.

Alternative is get a UPS Store box. Still cheap enough but anything that doesn’t fit in your box means you have to get there during business hours.

USPS PO Boxes now leave a key to a larger, temporary box for larger packages but you’ll have trouble getting deliveries to a PO Box. Cookies from mom will arrive no problem. Oh, and you’ll have to deal with an entitled nigger bitch government worker at the desk when you set up your box.

You don’t. You deal with the original vendor. Have had the same problem multiple times over the last few years, was always able to get another shipment, or refund. It’s sad to realize how far this once reliable company has fallen.

You have to get the number to the actual Fedex where the package is getting put on the truck and delivered from. Then you have to call them and either pick it up yourself or harass them to put it on a truck the next day depending on your circumstance. The easiest way to get the number is to call a nearby Fedex center and get it from them otherwise they aren't listed online typically.

Same here. I use a mail drop which receives packages from ALL carriers, and has for at least the couple years I been using it. Has the hours of operation clearly printed on the door. Yet FedEx and (even worse) DHL, will routinely 'attempt delivery' before they open, or after they close. So much for these idiots taking over for the USPS.

FedEx is the worst fucking joke of a delivery company that exists. I'd rather have my packages travel by any other freight company rather than FedEx. They are useless.

I had a few postal drivers leave a note on the door stating they couldn't deliver, when in fact I was home when they did it. They made one trip up my driveway on a hill with a pre filled out we missed you door hanger. In my area FedEx is the one that delivers everytime. Maybe you need to call the branch office and speak to a manager.

I did notice since I got a ring, it only happened one other time, so maybe the you are on camera part scared them into doing the right thing.

I have had nothing but stellar performance by FedEx here.

My only complaint is a package I had to return to China. FedEx wanted $160. ParcelMonkey cost $28.00, and used FedEx's system to track it.

You can opt out of a signature for delivery and they will leave it..however doubt you can update that after the original process has began.

When seller gets the return back tell him to op for no signature & where to leave the package. you may need to add a bit more insurance (its auto insured to a small $ amount not sure what phone is worth) may need to be added but tell him to opt out of signature needed.

I thought of that but figured being surrounded by niggers that package would have been gone in a hot minute.

Reason to add insurance yo. Sad times but seems like best option...Or ideally home for delivery. Hope you get it worked out.

Or send to a neighbor you trust that is home more often

Thanks, yes finally got it. I literally sat in a chair in front of the house and waited like a porch monkey. Managed to get it; felt like a fool sitting out there..

I've had poor experiences with deliveries after covid started. They don't even ring the doorbell. They just leave the package and go. Like they are so afraid of catching the coof they won't even ring the doorbell.
