The Bronco, is a very different vehicle from the bronco sport. The bronco sport, isnt even the same chassis to the bronco. The sport is basically a shitty crossover. While the bronco has capabilities beyond a typical daily driver crossover when off road.
They have added too much tech shit to the bronco to make it friendly to moms though. Off road. I want as basic as I can get. I damn sure dont want something that if someone steals my radio, my car is dead.

Jeep if you're doing lots of hardcore uneven terrain. The solid axles, lockers, gearing and sway bar disconnect will give you the clearance, articulation and traction that you need to get through almost anything. Otherwise for stuff like beach, desert, fire trails go the bronco because the IFS suspension will be SO much better on even terrain.
