You can create it yourself. Go to https://poal.co/subs and on the right there are buttons the bottom on is named Create a sub, press that and follow directions. I just checked Browser and web browser are not current subs so you can make both and just cross post if you'd like to or use technology post to do that but this seems like it is a great idea for a specific sub.
