we breast feed, but sometimes you need to supplement if you dont produce enough
My wife had this issue with our first born. A Filipino co-worker gave us this recipe https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/212929/chicken-tinola/ and damn does it work. My wife's boobs were engorged and she had to pump just to relieve the pressure because our daughter didn't drink enough to relieve the pressure. I suspect it is the greens and the fat in the broth that ups the milk production.
ill be doing this. thank you
That can be fixed with pumping, but usually not necessary.
im my case, it is very necessary.
Exactly. My wife died from child birth complications. Living in a foreign country, my only option was formula. Picked a good one from the US that they give infants in the hospital. My kid is in the 90% for height and weight. So I'm satisfied with the the results.
Breast feeding is obviously the first choice. But we all do the best we can with what we got.
Scream at her non-stop, she WILL produce.
lol
"the screaming and beatings will continue until morale and production increase.
