The prices at the ghetto Kroger in the city seemed higher than out in my suburb town. How do you think the rising food prices are affecting the low income welfare niggers? EBT increases take some time and it seems like food price hikes would be outpacing EBT legislation increases. I imagine they'll start screeching pretty soon and get a bunch of emergency food stamps.
