I have a cool pair of JBL headphones are designed for jogging. They let in outside sounds. They're actually really cool.
I think it is unwise that people don't pull into the intersection when they are trying to make a left hand turn. This level of retardation is infuriating to me.
This is a regional thing. In California it's customary, but still illegal. In other states people don't do it regularly, such as Colorado.
This says it's not illegal. I've never heard of it being illegal anywhere. It fucks up the flow traffic when people do not do it. Same as people who sit in the middle of the lane instead of moving over so people turning right have room.
In a lot of states it's illegal to enter an intersection before you can safely pass through it.
