It's typically well past the age where they'd be breastfeeding...which means they can just get a masectomy and cosmetic implants and call it a day. Sure, there'll be scars, but if you told someone with any other form of cancer they could *cure their cancer* with scars only their spouse will ever see...they'd be ecstatic.
