Im trying to figure out how to reference different verses and put similar ones together. Im thinking some kind of tree traversal or learning would be required, but beyond that Im not sure which techniques to use to cross reference bible verses. I know the compute resources will be intense just from the size, but I want to compile my own list, and not use the ones that exist online

Thompson chain bible.... it has links to related verses written in the margins .... you will want a 2nd bible since this necessitates reading in 2 places at once.

Also do note cards.... one note card per chapter as you note what is important and any related verses ... you know you know it when you can say it in a compact space.

Bible time app on linux is pretty good but actually some of those old Dos ones were good and Luke Smith .xyz had some linux progs
