extra-crispy bake; yes, bake. naked.

i grow reapers and make my own reaper sauce.. so once the wings are a bit cooled, I will add vinegar, reaper sauce and maldon sea salt flakes.. shake the hell out of 'em and, that's all she wrote.

Too fine of a line between extra crispy and too dry

It can be a delicate balance, certainly. Some baking soda added and rubbed in will help crisp and brown the skin with less time, but there runs a risk of not cooking them long enough or turning them to jerky. Could also par-boil.

How often does this happen to you?

Call me a pussy or whatever but I avoid wings and get tendies. I like spicy sauce but hate it on my lips and fingers so I eat with a fork and knife.

Side note: for how smart asians are supposed to be chopsticks are retarded.

Exactly what I was looking for! So true.

I guess I eat like black people. I leave the tendons though.

How do you eat your chicken wings? Seasonings? Sauce? Temperature? How clean do you pick?

[–] 0 pt

Naked no seasoning no sauce. Sometimes I dip them in honey mustard. 400 for 40min baked. Clean all meat but leave bone and cartilage

Because of illness I tend to eat barely seasoned food to minimize the amount of ingredients that could be poisonous.

For chicken wings I cover them in olive oil, garlic powder and bake them crispy. Basically oven fry them. Easier than regular frying, same taste.

deep fry wings for 10 minutes at 250f. you can also boil them for 10 minutes if you have no temp control on your fryer. then freeze them solid. cook frozen wings at 350f for 10 minutes toss in sauce and enjoy wings.

A little cornstarch and salt air fryer until dry. Whatever sauce I feel like dipping in.
