Survival rate for not immediately fatal gunshots vary greatly by location and severity.
You arent going to get a solid average and that average hold true on 60% of cases.
You can survive for days on some instances of gut shot, but you are going to die. You can lose an arm, or just get it fixed with an arm shot, depending on the severity...
I have tested it. We used to practice this, open sights, 500 meters 12 inch target. Marine Corps base rifle team, didnt make division or nationals. I dropped 2 out of the 6 inch ring on the qual day and the guy I was against for the last spot, dropped 0
