I have an old knob control electric oven with a digital timer built in. The buttons to set the timer are a wreck, but the oven itself is rock solid. Keeps the temp within +-15 degrees of the setting (I double check with an oven thermometer.) Everything in it I can work on, except the clock, which I don't care about. I've already replaced one of the elements for maybe $40, and it keeps on rolling.
