No need to purchase anything though. Just cut the tread of an old tire into strips. Steel belted and semi-stiff. Run a bolt through it... Same shit.
Edit: and in case you are wondering the steel in tire is only on the tread. Not the sidewalls. Which is why this is different.

Those are snake oil straps. Maybe they prevent that little zap in winter when you touch the door as you exit, but otherwise placebo.
