Dishwashing detergent. Removing the phosphates made it useless. Order some Cascade Fryer Boil Out. It's literally the exact same Cascade they were selling before the phosphate ban, but they get around it because fryer boil-out isn't dishwashing detergent. Your old dishwasher will start getting dishes clean again. I hardly even rinse dishes before I put them in anymore since I've switched back to real Cascade (with a different label.) Also, it works great if you have a home fryer. I use about a tablespoon in my little fryer, and it gets all the gunk out after about 30 min of running.
