Yeah I remember my dad having alot of them but I cant find them. They used to stop on his wrist for some reason but ran fine off. I would think in this 'emp' life someone would still make them.

The 'antique' shops have lots of stuff going back thru the decades, some stuff is pure junk (like old over-the-counter medications), however I've seen wind up watches there too. You can test to see if the spring works, or if you like the style and know a watch repair shop you trust, they could repair the insides for you. The really good stuff will be locked behind a display counter of course, but if you want something, you can usually find it in working condition.
