It does not allow you to download all the documents in on file. Perhaps someone with more knowledge could write a script that will download each of the files individually and create one downloadable file for the rest of us.
I took a peak at At first glance this looks like they are trying to obscure patterns of harm by dividing up related illnesses into a thousand subsection, then stripping that data of identifying information (the names of the ailments) and replacing it with a non descriptive number.
So the first thing to do will be to write a program that will create databases of those numbers which are related to each other. Then collect and count how many people were injured in a way that fits that ailment type. This will give us a starting point for identifying how the vax harms and how likely it is to cause that type of harm.

Yes, because the company that constantly hides things, even against court orders, even illegally, is going to make sure they put the incriminating evidence in the documents they released to the public.
