Speaking only with suspicion, not evidence, I believe that there are shocking quantities of captive humans in enlightened, western countries. Maybe they can source new people from abortion, but I suspect that you would be more likely to slaughter the baby and sell it for parts. The largest reason for this is that you can have a large population from breeding after a certain point making this not necessary.

Epstein, for example, I read somewhere that he fathered dozens if not hundreds of children by his slave girls. Plausible, maybe true, maybe not.
