I'd probably head to Texarkana, specifically the Arkansas side. The city limits are exempt from any income tax, property taxes are much lower in Arkansas, and you don't have to get your car inspected. Also the Texas side has a lower sales tax and doesn't tax food.

I’d go back to South Africa. They do have laws against murder etc. But they’re too stupid to enforce them.
