I think you accidentally came across an important point.
The "Underground Railroad" and "Refugees" are very different concepts than "Slavery" and "Human Trafficking", but they all have the same core concept.
Humans will be moved to the place you desire them to be.
You can sell it however you want to, but at the end of the day, certain people need more (Cheap Labor/Consumers/Soldiers) in a certain place at a certain time.
Be it via outright abductions through slavery, or economic incentives for 'refugees', it is all human trafficking in my book.
