I think the best guidance is the history of the Admin. Does the Admin lie to the user base often? Or does the Admin have a history of being upfront and honest?
Obviously the Admin can't show you the proof. But in other cases of other bans, there will be evidence that isn't as toxic.

And shill accounts who have been banned won't praise admin's actions, as they intentionally violate the ToS on purpose so they can stir up drama about it. They have been trying this since the early days of Poal and failed to take control of the front page (by brigading and vote gaming).
