Who gets to decide who has the ability to confirm something as violating the ToS?
We're crossing "Fact Checkers" territory here. Some people would definitely question and complain about the legitimacy of selected individual accounts.
I know. I'm not saying I think it's necessary or would help. If they don't trust you, they probably won't trust whoever you included in that group.
