see if the mp3 tags include the track number, then use the "convert" menu to include it in the file name.
choose "tag -> filename" and use this string in the prompt: $num(%track%,2) - %title%
if you have more than 100 files put a 3 instead of a 2

How exactly are they out of order? If they're named correctly, they should just auto-organize when you click name in the explorer bar. If they aren't named correctly, that's the ripper's fault and you're going to have to do it manually.
Chapters out of order, just did one I had on thumbdrive manually to new folder and it corrected the drive at same time.
Screenshot maybe?
Don't bother to obfuscate any private details. Or do. Yeah, that's probably better.
I fixed the ones I got manually by putting them in a different folder last chapter to first. I know I use to do it automatically. Maybe stupibird is right, Ill try that next time but it seems there use to be an option for it. Like to do it alphabetically maybe which might work.
Out of order for what? are they mp3 files and your playing them in order? if so make sure the 10s column is accounted for, if you have files book1 book 10 and book 2 you might expect the computer to read 1,2,10 in sequence but it doesnt care and will do 1,10,2, so change it to 01,02,10.
