Its already happening. Legalizing pot / mushrooms, sanctuary states, gun laws... where have you been?

I was going to say, there won't be a "when". Like most things, it's a gradual emergence and most people will miss it until one day they notice it. This is exactly how our culture got taken over. There wasn't a sudden change, it occurred over decades.

Yeah, because legalizing drugs is quite the show of rebellion now that the leftists have infiltrated government... That's why the house didn't just pass a bill saying the exact same thing.

Im simply giving recent examples of states ignoring federal law. What you happen to think about those examples is irrelevant.

Darn it.

We could compromise, maybe? You pick better examples and I wont post crappy responses to them.

I think it can work.

As soon as they break their addiction to federal cheese.

Wait, we have a federal government?

I thought that was merely a comedy show with unbelievable actors... wow.

They tried that in the South during the 1950s with "civil rights" and the feds came in and stomped them.

It'll happen with gun rights, militias, the pro-life, anti-trans, and homeschooling movements sooner or later too.

Or maybe when the fedgov passes more laws to control who owns farms and is allowed to grow food.

Sooner or later they're coming for the homesteaders, which they will call preppers or 'nationalists' or some other boogieman word in scare-quotes.

And they'll come after the homesteaders because its adjacent enough a move to just avoid a major backlash if they do it right. The kind of move that sets all the precedents the regime needs against 1. gun ownership, 2. self-sufficiency including small scale farming (if or when they choose to exercise that power down the line), 3. all the other groups I mentioned.

They would even more except they need the fed money. And if the fed cuts off the money infrastructure pretty much dies. it's terrible now but just imagine with zero fed money. So that's why the states don't just totally say fuck it lets break away again. I'm surprised states don't form cooperations with each other and share money amongst each other. that could be a way to say a big fuck you to the fed. maybe some do already. I know there's a coalition of 26 that are fighting against the wetbacks coming north but I don't know if that's sharing money or not.

Constitutional states are already doing this

Judging by how many people shut themselves for two years...I would say never

States bent to media pressure, so I guess they'll ignore the feds when the media tells them to.

United states of communist news network.

When the feds start losing control. The fact that they felt compelled to call in the nat guard after January 6th is telling.

When nfa is nullified, that's when you know

Did you see what Texas did this year? Suppressors (made in Texas) are legal and it's illegal for Texas law enforcement to ask for the Feds to get involved in enforcement.

Every buba with a lathe has now machined their own suppressor. People are making them and giving them away just for kicks and giggles. :)

like California declaring itself "Headquarters for the Resistance" to Trump?

Did the memory hole already eat the mask mandates?
