I love fasting personally, there's just something so nice about it, don't carbo load myself into feeling like shit. Lately I've noticed I have much more energy, since I'm trying it in conjunction with a keto/carnivore diet. BUT I can't seem to lose any more weight. Like my body is physically stuck at its same weight right now, and outside of a dry diet, I don't see how to get the weight down.I was thinking increasing my fasting window to 20 hours, compared to 18, but outside of that, not entirely too sure how I can get that weight down

Keto /carnivore is a weight optimization diet. You should check out for further tips.

Depending upon your age, plateaus are normal. Your body will adjust further.

The secret of the snake diet is the working out. If you continue working out even while you fast, you won't lose muscle. If you don't, you're body will eat muscle first. I have done a bunch of snake diet, including the dry fasts. I am usually weak by day 3, but it does promote healing.

Don't listen to the morons who think they intermittent fasting isn't fasting. "time restricted feeding" is probably the best way to eat over your life.
