For me it's part of the Mississippi Delta that goes from the southern tip of Illinois, through Southeast Missouri, and to Northeast Arkansas. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets as well.

New zealand.

As you boys me and my mates would cycle from one town to another from age six. No fear. All of us were the same. Adults would be friendly and older versions of us.

Growing up in the 80s was amazing.

When I watch cricket from that Era it's only fit young whites being peaceful and having a blast

I am ten years ahead of you (70s) but yea it was the same. White kids playing baseball (after all it was the USA back then but I digress) while the black and brown kids kicked cans down the road.

My Mom and Aunt would cook these huge weekend meals and us kids would ride our bikes all day and night all over town. Only had to stay on our side of the tracks and all was well.

Fond memories that will never be repeated again by this generation.
