For me it's part of the Mississippi Delta that goes from the southern tip of Illinois, through Southeast Missouri, and to Northeast Arkansas. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets as well.

New zealand.

As you boys me and my mates would cycle from one town to another from age six. No fear. All of us were the same. Adults would be friendly and older versions of us.

Growing up in the 80s was amazing.

When I watch cricket from that Era it's only fit young whites being peaceful and having a blast

I am ten years ahead of you (70s) but yea it was the same. White kids playing baseball (after all it was the USA back then but I digress) while the black and brown kids kicked cans down the road.

My Mom and Aunt would cook these huge weekend meals and us kids would ride our bikes all day and night all over town. Only had to stay on our side of the tracks and all was well.

Fond memories that will never be repeated again by this generation.

That is why us genx are both blessed and cursed.

We lived across the divide between golden age and the fall. We experienced the joy of civilization and the pain of losing it

I would take the 70's as well, because in 10 years I would still get what I want.

On shag carpet in front of an NES. I don't know why but it's pure nostalgia especially anything with NES or characters. I want to make a store based on nostalgia from 70's, 80's and 90's though I wasn't thought of in the 70s. Swimming pools also and playing basketball brings back good memories and nostalgia. So yeah not always on carpet in front of the TV.

LA back in the day.

I wish I could have seen that. I grew up in that shithole called Houston, which is a worse shithole now. I have no nostalgia for that place.

Wow, yeah I grew up in its suburbs, yuck. Los Angeles was a special place.

I would have loved to have see LA in it's prime. Europe in the 80s was, from what I heard, was good too. No wonder people want to live in a some metaverse trash. The real world fucking sucks.

Magic Mountain, Valencia, CA before it was filled with orcs. It was safe, it was fun, everyone was hot & blonde. Niggers ruined it all about I'd say 15-20 years ago when the Mexicans ran them out of LA they were pushed off to the desserts. Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, Hesperia, Palmdale, etc...

Front seat of my grandpa's old work truck. He imparted a lot of knowledge about work, life, and the world while driving around in that thing.
