Had a friend once use the term jibber jabber splibber splabber to describe nigger-speak.

There is a word "jibber-jabber." To "jabber" is a verb, but there is no corresponding verb to "jibber." Perhaps your debating opponent intended the word "jabberer?" I prefer the word to "gibber" my self. It probably stems from the word "gibberish." But wait, perhaps your debating partner misspelled the word? It's easy to confuse "j" with "g" since the sound can be similar. But wait again, I checked the word "jibber" and to my surprise, it does exist. It means "a horse that jibs -- that is, stops short." Who knew, right? That's the wonder of the English language, the greatest language in the world with no close second.

No, in real life. Not writing giberer or jibberer. Whatever. Forget it.

A jibberer is someone who babbles nonsensically.

Also, gibbering idiot.
