Yes. Always interested in hearing informed opinions outside of the usual channels of the main stream.

Commodities are always the best bet when currencies take a dive. Gold and silver are the most popular, but land is good too.

Commodities except lithium are down, stocks are down, crypto is down except terra.

The ruble is up all other currencies are down.

Weird.

I'm talking about the long term. If it's the short term you're interested in, then just get into day trading.

I also I'm looking for long-term. Specifically something that at least will appreciate over longer than a year so you can take advantage of the long-term capital gains tax breaks. But you know if it's a good investment and you don't need to liquidate at all to live then hang on to it pretty much forever unless you see it going into a crazy rocket Ride because of some recent publicity and it's just risen so high temporarily that you just have to sell some.

I think Chinese stocks are in a dip worth buying. One example is BABA.

Chinese and Russian are definitely the underestimated plays right now I would guess. Certainly the ruble was a great buy back when the blocks were first put on Russian goods and services. The ruble is rebounded nicely since that time you would have doubled your money in a month. I wanted to do it I just have never invested in currencies before and don't know how to do it didn't know how to do it then learn how to do it fast enough before the ruble recovered.

That is probably the case. It feels like the chinese are pressure testing their economy and people right now. MCHI is down about 40% from its stable high a few months ago, and lower than it was during peak plandemic.

Doesn't seem to be a lot of investment content here. I wish there was more. I thought people here might have a different perspective on some things. I don't know if it'd be better or worse.

[–] 0 pt

Agreed. I think the different perspective here would be very useful. If for no other reason that you might find some things that are not recognized by the general public yet.

Problem with investing in the market is sometimes you see the truth of what's going to happ n but the market doesn't always react according to facts.

[–] 0 pt

Yeah. Hard to invest in anything but food and ammo right now but its important.

[–] 0 pt

How much food and ammo can you store and how much is actually going to be relevant if it all goes bad.

You know I think the situation is more likely that the world just becomes so corrupt that having the money to bribe people and live in that kind of world is much more important than simply having a bunch of food stored in your cellar.

Yeah I would. I am getting out of stocks. Should I buy bonds?

I personally think we should mimic everything that we see in reddit minus all the lefty faggot stuff and then grab facebook groups and mimic those on here too but we need to try to tone down burning the Jews and hanging the niggers a little bit and just create an alternative open free speech site even more so than it already is.

[–] 1 pt

Agreed however knowing what the Jews are doing is often essential to knowing what market moves and other things might happen. You don't want to be caught on the wrong side of whatever move is being made.

True. I do enjoy a good joke about them every now and then. but I think if we try to move past these clowns we'll be okay. I think the guy that's doing gab has got the right idea. If he could strengthen gab pay it might be a way to walk away from the hook nosed bankers and shylocks for good. If he could only get us a gab credit card that would be even better.

Anyone in Commercial REIT's ? I've been thinking that may be a good investment , even with the current craziness

I invested in Gladstone land . $LAND.

It just buys land. It's a way to own land and have it be very liquid rather than buy land and then have to figure out a way to sell it if you want to sell it.

It's done very well.

They rent the land out for farming use as well so they have some income from that. But personally I would rather have a stock than appreciates so I can sell it for a long-term capital gain no taxes or little taxes rather than have a stock that produces a dividend.

Thanks , I'll check it out .

I'm down. It will give me an actual reason to participate on the website instead of lurking.
