I had gone on a keto diet at one point, and my mom has constantly reminded me im a fat fuck even to this day. however, over time of not eating, i started trying multi day fasting. i can kinda get to around 25 hours or so before my body caves into eating. however, my body has weirdly enough become addicted to starving itself. right now im sitting at 6'0 and clocking in at 160 pounds. my worst was around 130 pounds, but that started giving me heart problems so i had to start using protein shakes to get my weight back up. even my doctor was concerned on that one, but i have no idea what to do anymore to get my weight back up

You're being psychologically abused by your mother. Her mocking you for being "a fat fuck" when you're very lean now and anorexic in the past is a clear sign. Additionally, I'll hazard a guess you were fat as a child when she was responsible for feeding you and teaching you nutrition.

Your unhealthy aversion to food is unsurprising, for the same reason it'd be unsurprising for you to sit in the dark if she screamed at you every time you turned a light on.

Best advice? Tell her you will not tolerate any comments from her regarding your weight unless it exceeds a gratuitously high threshhold (e.g. 250lbs). On pain of immediate, permanent ostracism for abusing you to the point you developed anorexia (130lbs). If she escalates in response to you setting that boundary, repeat the process. "You are not allowed to mock, threaten, shout, etc in response to me setting a healthy boundary. If you violate that boundary, there's the door." Hold her to coffee shop standards and tell her as much. If you wouldn't tolerate the remarks or tone from a random barista at a coffee shop, you wont tolerate it from her. Require her to either adhere to those basic standards or yeet the harpy.

6'0" at 160 gives a BMI of 21.7. Seems within the normal range. I don't see a problem.

I'm 6 and 165 where I like to be 130 is fucked 158 was the lowest I got and I was uncomfortable with how skinny I was.

Its better to be 5% over bmi then anywhere under. Remember abs dont produce power. Protein is mandatory in our diet. Follow fasting laws and eat the amount of food require to survive and work oyt to build strength while deprived

I'm 5' 11'' and 148. I've gotten up to 180 lifting weights, but feel better when I'm thin. So what? You'll live longer starving yourself, just stay within normal ranges and take vitamins.

You should go to the gym that will stimulate your appetite. You should also make a point of eating breakfast that will make you hungrier throughout the day.

look into calorie and protein dense foods. that should help get your weight back up.

Your body doesn't need to eat every day. It wasn't built for it. If you aren't getting enough nutrition that is a different issue. Count calories and eat one meal a day of 1500 to 2000 calories. Make sure it's a proper macro balance and nutritional profile. You will be fine.
