isnt all that tax avoidance bullshit? whenever I see someone advocate that "income taxes are illegal and voluntary" they always end up in prison for tax evasion. just look at what happened to Bill Cooper.
Well, they'll let you get away with it for years so they have a huge bill to jail you for. Quite often people trying this are either really poor and wouldn't owe much at all in taxes and maybe get money back or people with enough money to owe some money but too stupid to seek professional tax help to lower their liabilities. Really smart people and really dumb ones often get way more paid to them than they pay in income tax.
CHOOSE WISELY, the IRS can and will jail you and take all your shit.
Tax evasion is what you're thinking of. Tax avoidance is about modifying your actions so you do less that's taxable, and of the things you do, only paying the minimum taxes required for it (e.g. if you have lots of deductions, itemizing those rather than using the standard deduction).
It's a tax club, and you can't just stop paying. you have to go through the courts to remove yourself from the club.
and then what happens? You have a Judge whos being paid by said taxes, and a Jury who would either see you as an "anti-government extremist" (as defined by the ADL) or just jealous that you thought up of this scheme before they did. Not saying its impossible, I've read some of the laws and whatnot, but the cards arent dealt in the goys favor.
Well first thing you have to do is stand on your own 2 feet in court and defend yourself. Learn the motions, the verbage, etcetera. If you go to court with a lawyer, you are seen as an infant in the eyes of the court. You are unable to speak for yourself, literally, and you have given your legal attorney, to your attorney. This is not how you get taken seriously by a judge. Then you declare your rights as a Living Man with God given rights. You must never refer to yourself as human, as a person, or people. Living Man/woman/Men/Women. Until you declare your rights, you have none.
