Well first thing you have to do is stand on your own 2 feet in court and defend yourself. Learn the motions, the verbage, etcetera. If you go to court with a lawyer, you are seen as an infant in the eyes of the court. You are unable to speak for yourself, literally, and you have given your legal attorney, to your attorney. This is not how you get taken seriously by a judge. Then you declare your rights as a Living Man with God given rights. You must never refer to yourself as human, as a person, or people. Living Man/woman/Men/Women. Until you declare your rights, you have none.

So, can you point to a law that outlines the voluntary nature of income tax? I understand that theres deduction and write-offs and whatnot, but I still dont understand the voluntary nature of taxes.

I'll look it up for you, and give you a better answer. But as it is right now, unless you live in a territory of the united states, or are a federal employee, there can be no law demanding every man and woman in the united states pay taxes.

In the meantime, Weiss and associates has YouTube videos that explain a lot, and they have a website too that outlines the process and legality. Of course I'd never hire a jew to take care of my legal battles, but I cannot deny when a resource is useful.
