I've been buying from Fresh Roasted Coffee (no association). I have no complaints but if anyone can suggest better pricing and or products, I'm interested. Given the other coffee thread, I'm sure others are too. Especially if it's owned by good folks.

It looks like they're saying it's voluntary in states that don't require it and mandatory in states that do require it (as of the date of the notice). That seems the best you can expect from a food service corporation.
