The one where Gandalf told Harry Potter that the Force will be with you before exploding the Genesis Device.
I like where they all say nanu nanu.
As bad as the first 3 are you at least have to acknowledge their roles for setting up for 4 5 & 6. George wrote hamfisted god-awful dialogue and made so many questionable choices BUT they were all consistent within the universe and the established characters. I've tried to watch #3 at least a half dozen times over the years and have never managed to stay awake, mostly because it's so poorly written. BUT AT LEAST IT MAKES SENSE.
7 8 & 9 are Star Wars in name only. Everything else about them is such a departure from Lucas' universe that it feels more like an attempt to knock off an established IP without actually taking anything of value. And to that I can only say mission accomplished, you woke pack of jealous Marxists.
The prequels would have been great if Lucas hadn't made Jar Jar so fucking annoying that he had to completely abandon the idea of Jar Jar as a Sith Lord manipulating the good guys.
"Jar Jar as a Sith Lord manipulating the good guys" I have never heard this before. Was it actually a thing, or was it just a plot idea pushed by some fans?
but hasn't been directly confirmed by George Lucas.
Search for Jar Jar Sith Lord on youtube for thr theory. I don't think Lucas ever confirmed it, but the evidence is very strong, imo.
I remember watching interview about jar jar Binks and of course the coon that played the part went off script and did the voice and Lucas much to his complete idiotic credit thought it was great. If he was smart he would have grabbed a group of people and got a focus group session and tested the voice on potential customers. But we all know George Lucas was not smart he was just crazy creative with weird ideas. And I only like Empire.
People tens to forget that Lucas can only claim full credit as writer and director for the original Star Wars movie, episode 1,2, and 3. Empire and Return had other directors and Lucas only co-authored the stories.
The original was just Dune meets samurai, the acting was campy and barely tolerable, and plot mediocre. But Lucas had cutting edge special effects, and the movie hit at just the right time when no one else was making decent space movies. If Star Wars had come out after Star Trek two years later, it would not have been the blockbuster success it was.
Dude. Prequels came out at the birth of woke culture.
These days we know nigers complaining about having Niger stereotype shown on screen is just Niger attention seeking in advance of shekel payments.
And same went for muh trade federation was broadly similar to chinks.
People just weren't aware of the dangers of woke cunts back then so we took them seriously instead of taking them out back and Drowning them
The prequels were fuking amazing.
Amazing plot Rise of Palpatine was an extraordinary story arc. The locations and visuals were stunning.
The fight sequences were better than any in star wars 4-6
The score was as good or better than the originals. Dual of fates omg.
The characters were as good or better than the originals. Before muh jar jar binks remember the silly ewoks.
These films did everything right except two big issues.
The romance arc of anakin and padme sucked balls.
The God awful dialogue at times.
7, 8 and 9 from what I've heard are just SJW bingo to appease the faggot leftists. I watched 7 because I wanted to see just how bad it really was. There was a purple haired woman midway through, and my first thought was "Ten bucks says this woman fucks up everything for everyone", and of course I was right. Then there's the dumpster fire which is the main character - who has absolutely no obstacles in her way and somehow ends up being the best at her craft? Fucking stupidity. Never watched 8 or 9 because 7 just ruined the whole story for me.
The one with Captain Kirk
You mean the one with Sigourney Weever and Tim Allen. That was the best one.
I was always a Star Trek man, myself. I found Star Wars to be tedious, silly twatwaddle. Now Star Trek is tedious, silly twatwaddle as well, thanks to the liberals who took it over. Star Wars is actually more entertaining, marginally. I've enjoyed the Mandalorian and Boba Fett.
I watched a few parts of it and I was impressed. They reduced Episode I to the final space and lightsaber battles. They salvaged the Anakin / Padme kiss scene by cutting out the terrible dialog and making it wordless.
This is good work. This is overall a better experience.
there is a reason why starwars has so many fans, they do have some good content in their films. It is so much more enjoyable when you fastforward to the good stuff.
All the Lego Star Wars.
They are all total shit , imho
Star Wars….really isn’t very good. I mean, seriously. I never thought it was that great. The new stuff sucks beyond all belief. Hayden Christiansen was terrible. And, the original trilogy was cheesy.
That one where they search for Spock.
