Yes because I want it made correctly.
I don't eat sandwiches since bread is horrible for your health. Sandwiches are a good way to get fat, spike insulin, and push your body towards insulin resistance.
Shame, because eggs are incomplete to me without toast.
It does suck. I love sandwiches. That's how I got fat when I was fat.
Insulin resistance is behind a ton of diseases of western civilization: Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, coronary artery disease, low-T, enlarged prostate, many cancers. Sandwiches aren't worth it. On the other hand, I get to eat a lot of rib eyes and tri-tip roast. I love that.

I tire of people continually saying that certain foods are responsible for obesityor poor health, and that those foods need to be completely avoided. A well-balanced diet is the key to health: that means a little bit of a lot of things. It does not mean you should restrict yourself to certain foods so that you can then eat "as much as you want." When a person gets fat it basically usually means that person is just plain eating too much. An occassional slice of bread won't make you fat. It should be OK to have a sandwich once in a while. Just don't eat so much food overall, and you won't get fat.
I dont care if its a PB&J. Anything tastes better if someone else made it.
