The Gothic War. Providing the Germanic people with knowledge and tech to press their advantage against the Roman Empire could allowed them to take over the infrastructure and permanently change the world for the better.

It would have prevented the dark ages and snubbed papal power in the cradle.

A few maps from memory would be enough to allow them to conquer the world.

They really just needed some lessons in logistics and how to raise a proper cavalry.

Perhaps even going back to 100BC to Scandinavia would be better to establish a culture that included massive defensive superiority early on, prior to Christianity and the Norse religion. Basic germ theory, metallurgical knowledge, food production and storage, animal husbandry, some maps... would have made a ridiculous advantage that carried forward.

If you wanted to talk more recent history, the real bad guys were all in one place in 1913. Hitler, Stalin, Tito, Trotsky, Freud, Ferdinand, the entire Zionist Congress, the heads of the Illuminati and Jesuits were all plotting WWI and WWII in Vienna. You could sneak into the gay bath house in the center of town, lay in wait, and get every single one as they came in.

From your list, I'd pick the American Revolution. One reason would be to shore up the Constitution. Basic intelligence, like maps, would have allowed for a much more rapid and secure expansion. Smokeless gun powder and repeater rifles early would have resulted in zero opposition to manifest destiny, which should have gone as far as Panama to control the canal.
