Yeah it does. The USA protects the NATO countries of Europe, allowing them to have negligible defense budgets and thus pay for stupid socialist healthcare. Then idiot European socialists mock Americans for not having free healthcare despite being the reason we don't. Because all socialists are ungrateful, entitled freeloaders.
