I think the main purpose was normalizing government control over our lives by instituting a perpetual state of emergency. The vaccine mandates are the main tool they wanted to wedge into our lives. If you need to be compliant with this program to live a normal life they can start revoking your vaccine passport to control any undesired behaviour. In Canada they’ve gotten into freezing bank accounts too. The constantly stoked fear and anxiety make most people fervently compliant to this system. To fight it you not only have to fight the government, but a good portion of the population as well (dictatorship versus authoritarian society).
