I know smoking cigarettes is bad for you, but what about the effects of marijuana? Not that I smoke it myself, but if you are near it, would it have an adverse affect on you? I look at these large cities and I notice this is a great way to poison a large group of people at once, by forcing the non smoking population to be around those who do smoke, but i have very little information on whether or not Marijuana smoke is dangerous

Consider the emissions from vehicles in these cities. Right off the bat is is clear that they release far more into the air than all of the smokers in the city, cigarettes included. If this would cause an issue, the vehicles would already be causing the issues.
