I know smoking cigarettes is bad for you, but what about the effects of marijuana? Not that I smoke it myself, but if you are near it, would it have an adverse affect on you? I look at these large cities and I notice this is a great way to poison a large group of people at once, by forcing the non smoking population to be around those who do smoke, but i have very little information on whether or not Marijuana smoke is dangerous

Inhaling smoke is never good. And second hand smoke, while being less bad than first hand, isn't good.

I'd rank good weed smoke as being less poisonous less a good cigarette.

So it wouldn't be good, and should be avoided, but it's hardly the end of the world
