Get Kodachi Linux or TAILS (both for sale on eBay if you don't wanna DIY it), and run in LiveCD mode. Either will surf the Darknet. I don't trust brave at all. It's site has the typical liberal feel to it you might see at like ubuntu's site. Also if you search "secure browser" on google brave is the first that shows up. If it was actually secure instead of a honey pot, google wouldn't recommend it at all. It'd be censored 100%.
