I think it's an interesting topic, because both Hugh Hefner and Bob Guccione are exactly the same as Larry Flint. But they chose to shoot only Larry Flint. I don't even know where to start in this case. All I can think right now is that for some reason only Larry Flint was not protected by the elite. All I know, Hugh Hefner is friend with Italians and Jews, and was always invited to their parties in Las Vegas. Was Larry Flint against Jews?

I must have mixed them, but in any case that was what happened (interracial photoshoot triggering some random guy).
