Now and then for a long time, but only for getting ebooks (and occasional audiobook), or helping others with getting books they are looking for. I often use several avenues to acquire certain books or series as not all are available from each one. I haven't needed to use that site for acquiring the other media that is available there though. It's always been a fairly good site while I've used them.
