Crossdressers pretty much treat it like cosplay. There's an erotic element to it for them, but they don't insist you believe they're actually the character they're dressed as.

Transgendered people are similar, but they get really mad if you don't go along with believing they're the character they're dressed as. Kind of like a 40 year old man cosplaying as Sailor Moon being angry with you if you don't believe they're actually Sailor Moon.

The whole pronoun thing is like cosplaying as Queen Victoria, then getting mad if people won't refer to you as "your grace" or "your highness".

Is you're mentally ill enough to think that dressing like Queen Victoria makes you Queen Victoria I don't give a shit, be a nut all you like, just stop trying to include me in your fantasy.

Who is to say that majority of crossdressers dont become trannies? It seems highly likely and logical to assume that mentally ill crossdressers take it up a notch ans believe in their deranged fantasies.
