Selective breeding, the strongest surviving, darwinian evolution are all soon to become obsolete now that we can edit the human genome literally anything is possible in the near future with some edits you could take the two lowest IQ male and female white people with unfortunate genes and make their baby into superhuman whose intellect and every other positive trait would be off the charts.

The kid from the two lowest IQ whites will be OK anyway. Regression to the mean group IQ is most probable. Just like two smart Africans will most probably produce the run of the mill 80 IQ kid.

True, another problem is when that low kid also discovers a love of rap/gang culture. Even though the original parents were not a problem in the community...
